Export events as ICS files

ICS files let you move calendar events between QXONI Calendar and other calendar apps. They are useful for backups, event invites, and moving schedules between devices.

Before exporting

• Review event title, date, start time, end time, and notes.
• Remove private notes if the file will be shared.
• Check time zone details for meetings across regions.
• Use clear event names so imported events remain recognizable.

If import fails elsewhere

Try exporting a single event first. If that works, the issue may be a recurring event, unsupported reminder rule, or special character in the event notes.

For backups

Save exported ICS files in a folder named by month or project. If you use QXONI Type for project notes, link the exported file next to the project timeline.
