Keyboard shortcuts in QXONI Calendar

Keyboard shortcuts help you move through Calendar faster on desktop and tablets with keyboards. Shortcuts may depend on the active view and browser focus.

Common shortcuts

• Ctrl or Cmd + K: Open event search when available.
• Escape: Close search, menus, or open overlays.
• Arrow keys: Move focus when the calendar grid is active.
• Enter: Open the focused event or confirm a selected action.

When shortcuts fail

Click once inside the calendar area and try again. If your cursor is inside an input field, shortcuts may type text instead of controlling the calendar.

Browser conflicts

Some shortcuts are reserved by the browser or operating system. If a shortcut opens a browser feature, use the visible Calendar button instead.
