Fix reminders and notifications in QXONI Calendar

If event alerts are missing or arriving too late, the problem is usually related to notification permissions, muted reminder settings, or a disabled device-level alert channel.

What to check first

• Open the event and confirm that a reminder is actually attached to it.
• Check device notification permissions for Calendar.
• Make sure focus mode, do not disturb, or battery optimization is not silencing alerts.

Recommended setup

Use one early reminder for planning and one short reminder shortly before the event starts. This gives you a backup if one alert is missed.

When to contact support

Contact support if reminders are visible inside the event editor but never trigger on multiple devices with notifications enabled.
