Use comments for document review
Comments help separate feedback from the main text. They are useful for project briefs, support articles, website copy, and product notes.
Good comment practice
- Comment on a specific sentence or section, not the whole document.
- Start with the requested action: rewrite, confirm, remove, or check.
- Resolve comments after the change is made.
- Keep decision notes in the document footer or project summary.
Working with OMINO
Paste unresolved comments into OMINO and ask for a revision plan. This is helpful when many comments repeat the same issue, such as tone, clarity, or missing examples.
Before publishing
Remove internal comments, reviewer names, draft notes, and support-only instructions from public exports.
If comments are part of a legal, financial, or policy review, keep an unchanged backup of the reviewed version.
