Export documents from QXONI Type

Export options help you move drafts from Type into publishing, email, project folders, or other tools in QXONI Workspace.

Before export

Check headings and spacing in the document preview.
Remove comments or private notes if the file is public.
Use descriptive file names such as project-name-v1.
Keep a Type copy if you expect to edit the document later.

Format guidance

Use plain text for quick drafts, markdown for structured notes, and PDF-like output for sharing a final read-only version when available.

If formatting changes

Complex tables, pasted web content, and unsupported fonts can change during export. Simplify the layout or paste content as plain text before exporting again.

For public pages, review the exported document in the same browser or viewer your audience will likely use.
